“For an adviser to make a difference to my learning and the improvement of my school I must have absolute trust in them, respect them fully and know that I will receive both challenge and support from them. Nigel fits all of these criteria. He has worked with me, the whole staff and the governing body in recent years. The impact of these sessions ripples on and has had a lasting impression on school improvement and standards.” – Cambridgeshire Headteacher

“Nigel is a charismatic speaker who reaches all audiences due to his knowledge, honesty and understanding. He gives practical solutions to complex problems and works with schools to help them improve with the right mix of challenge and support. Working with Nigel is about providing that reflective time to enable us as all to be ‘even better if’. I highly recommend Nigel for his professional experience, integrity and as someone who it is a pleasure to work with.” – Cambridgeshire Headteacher
