PfSI is currently the largest independent provider of school improvement services to primary schools and academies in Cambridgeshire. We work with headteachers, managers, governors and other leaders to honestly evaluate the quality of their school’s provision and identify how to improve.
The collective experience of our partners covers nearly every aspect of education. Not only are we experienced consultants, but as ex-headteachers and senior local authority officers we have first-hand experience of the challenges and difficulties you’re facing. The skills of our partners will be an invaluable tool to raise standards within your school.
“Her unique perspective enabled the school to identify key priorities for improvement, which ensured we moved from ‘satisfactory’ to ‘good with outstanding features’ in our last Ofsted.” – Cambridgeshire headteacher, on one of our partners.
